MINISTERING COMMUNITY IN MISSION…THE PRESENT & FUTURE…

Update on development of team’s ministry….

Our team leaders are “recruiting” people to assist in their areas of outreach ministry and already we have had planning for various Worship Services and the undertaking of Lent Study Groups. Further Bible groups are planned, and connections have been made with SRE teachers and schools and in community outreach…changes to baptism preparation and visiting and renewal of areas of pastoral care. Some parishioners have expressed concern that “nothing or little seems to be happening”….good things take time to plan. We have experienced before of rushing headlong into something without plan…and in a few weeks all has stopped due to no grounding and lack of sustained enthusiasm.

Be patient, be prayerful, be supportive, be enthused!!!
